Forensic Engineering
GGB Engineering performs a full range of Forensic Engineering services, from Condition Reports on existing buildings and developments, Condominium conversion and Turnover reports in response to Florida Statutes Section 718.616 “Disclosure of Condition of Buildings and Estimated Replacement Costs” to Reserve Study inspections, estimations and reporting. The science of Forensic Engineering is the ability to ascertain the condition of common building components and to identify areas requiring replacement and/or maintenance as well as point out to interested parties, construction defective conditions and/or building code violations that may exist. GGB Engineering and its principal Gary G. Bloom, P.E. has over 30 years of experience performing Forensic Engineering assignments and reports .
